The first floor is currently divided into three large traditional office spaces, but can be sub-divided to meet the needs of any small to mid-size business. Suites range from approximately 1,100 - 4,300 square feet.

Advantages to traditional office solutions include conference rooms, kitchens and waiting rooms all within the suites. Each traditional office suite includes a host of amenities, from high speed Internet to daily janitorial services.
